Meet Sarah Cusick, Account Support Specialist

A New Chapter Begins
Sarah recently joined Midnight Blue as an Account Support Specialist, where she supports client success through clear communication, proactive service, and a commitment to excellence. A recent graduate of PennWest University, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration, and she’s already putting her education and experience to work.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to begin my professional journey with such a dynamic team,” Sarah shared. “This role allows me to build skills, contribute to client success, and grow within the industry.”
A Foundation Built on Experience
Sarah’s background spans food service, IT support, and recreational pool operations, giving her a unique blend of technical know-how and customer service skills. She’s proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a range of programming tools, and she’s excited to continue learning and contributing to Midnight Blue’s mission.
Her personal motto? “I try to learn something new every week.” Whether she’s refining her golf game or experimenting in the kitchen, she brings that same spirit of growth to her work, constantly looking for ways to improve the client experience and support her teammates.

When she’s not supporting clients, Sarah enjoys golf and cooking, and her favorite places include Florida, Pittsburgh, and Hilton Head. She dreams of visiting Bora Bora, loves Italian food, and is a regular at Condado’s. Her favorite comfort show is The Middle, and she’s seen Grown Ups more times than she can count. She’s a dog lover and a fan of hip-hop music, her first concert was Lil Baby and City Girls.
