This month, we’re excited to spotlight James Judd, our NOC/RMM Lead, working in our Network Operation Center where he is a steady force ensuring our clients’ systems stay online, secure, and running smoothly around the clock.
From Retail & Tacos to Tech & Uptime
Before launching his IT career, James worked in retail at Dollar Tree and in fast food at Mighty Taco, a true Buffalo, NY staple. Those early roles built his work ethic, customer focus, and ability to stay cool under pressure, skills that translate perfectly into managing high-stakes IT environments today.
Guardian of the Network: What James Does
As NOC/RMM Lead, James is responsible for the day-to-day availability and uptime of our clients’ IT environments. He monitors computers, servers, and network connectivity to detect problems early, triages alerts, and coordinates responses with internal teams or vendors when needed.
He also manages software updates, security patches, and verifies endpoint protection to ensure systems remain stable and secure. In short: if it’s connected and critical, James has an eye on it.
What Drives Him
James loves simplifying time-consuming, labor-intensive tasks into flawless automation. Turning complexity into efficiency isn’t just satisfying; it’s what keeps our clients’ environments stronger and their teams more productive.
